Open positions
Analyst, M&A
Valuation, financial preparation and process support on sell-side and buy-side mandates. Suited to one to three years in transaction services, audit or corporate finance.
Associate, Financing
Credit cases, lender processes and covenant work on acquisition and real estate financings. Banking or debt advisory background expected.
Internship, Corporate Finance
Six months on live mandates alongside the deal teams. Open to students in the final phase of a business or economics degree.

Two conversations
One with the team you would work in, one with a partner. Both are about mandates, not hypotheticals.

Case
A short valuation or structuring exercise taken from a completed mandate, discussed rather than graded.
Speculative applications
We read every application, including when nothing is advertised. A short letter and a CV are enough.
